Additives in McDonalds?

I am writing a column about what additives are in McDonalds food. I have had a McDonalds hamburger in my washhouse for 6 months now and there is no mould, no smell, no deterioration on it whatsoever. So what additives do they put into them to prevent mould etc? (No mould on the bun either). Does anyone have the list of additives that Dr Millstone spoke about in his testimony at the McLibel trial.
