Debating room changes

Yeah, much tider look to the debating room. And I love the link from
the 'what's new' page to the URL minder thingy. It will be really good
to be told when new stuff has been uploaded. What about adding the
URL minder service to the debating room so we can tell when someone
has replied to a message?
