100% beef... not 100% USDA Grade A

I was just out at McPukes web site, and according to their site, their burgers are 100% beef... not 100% USDA Grade A, but 100% beef. That leaves a LOT of leeway in there for things, like USDA Grade C "Suitable for human consumption"....makes me shudder
