: How can anyone in there right mind consider a Big Mac a healthy food item. One BM has 560 kcal's almost 1/2 of a adults daily needs, and it has more than 30 gms of fat, thats more fat than you should have in a day.
El Big Mac de McDonald`s es para mi uno de los mejores productos que tienen, dejando a un lado el delicioso sabor de las Hamburguesas con Queso que son inigualables, y a un precio muy económico. En realidad, luego de probar estas hamburguesitas, prefiero comerme tres (03) de estas por Bs. 1800,0o. En lugar de comprar un Big Mac que es mucho mas costoso, y solo te comes uno. Sin embargo el Big tiene un sabor unico que solo mi paladar lo puede describir. Espero Que esta información le sea de utilidad.
