To whom it may concern:No wonder McDonalds is the leading fast food chain. I took my
children to BK for their free birthday kids meals from the
Kids Club. The BK manager at Lackland AFB in San Antonio would
not give my children their kids meals. My children's birthdays
are the 9th and the 12th of September, but I took them to get
their meals on the 14th of September (Monday, Thursday and
Saturday of the same week).You should have seen how this manager acted. He treated me like I was trying to commit
food stamp fraud, or that the money was going to come out of
his pocket. Good Grief! My children and I were embarrassed
and hurt. Well, we went directly to McDonalds and spent our
money.Just thought you might like to know why I will not be spending
any more of my money at your establishments.Sandi Boggs
