Please help me. (Chemistry)

Dear Sir/Madam
Hi, My name is Zac and I am 16 in grade 11 and school in Australia. I have a chemistry assignment that has to be done during the end of this year and into the first term of next year. We chose to find the fat content in different McDonalds products. I was wondering if you could help me by maybe supplying us with information on how to extract the fat and analise it. Your help would be greatly apreciated.
