How come McDs 'won' - because, as the great man said, MONEY TALKS AND BULLSHIT WALKS and if Dave and Helen were millionares and McDs was a small independant burger shop, then Dave and Helen would have won the case.
I had great repect for the way Justice Bell heard the case. I have nothing but contempt for him over the verdict.
Congratulations to Helen and Dave over their Victory in the eyes of the world at large!!!
