McDonald's lies again!

Paul Preston said that the accusations in the 'What's Wrong With McDonald's' factsheet had "been proven to be false" - THAT IS A LIE!
The points which McDonald's 'won' simply had not been proved to be true (in the judges opinion). That does not make them false!!
In British Libel law the burden of prove is on the defence to prove their statements are true - McDonald's therefore did not have to prove they were false and indeed did not!
Anyway... stop reading opinions about the case (mine, the medias and Justice Bells) and instead read the evidence from the trial. Educate yourself and come to your own conclusions.
