And if you'd followed the press, you'd realise that the judge also agreed that McDonald's exploits children through it's advertising. As to no-one really caring about the issue, I don't think you realise just how wrong you are. There are thousands of people all over the world who have been watching the case avidly, hoping that Helena and Dave would win. Ok, so they didn't. But they certainly publicised the issue - after all, you felt moved enough to write about it, and I bet you never thought about the subject before the case.
I for one would like to thank Helen and Dave for all their hard work, and congratulate them for publicising the issue so globally. This isn't the end, this is only the beginning. McDonald's are losing out on a lot of their profits in both the UK and the USA - it seems they've 'gone out of fashion'. What a shame eh!
