We immediately returned to the restaurant to discuss the matter with the manager. The manager said it must have happened in the kitchen. No apology but we did receive a new burger. Go ahead. Just don't order a milkshake--one witness in the McLibel trial recounted that maggots were once found in the shake machine at the McDonald's he worked at.
