Um, just where did you expect McD's to hire the *security* force if not from the ranks of ex-police officers ? The ranks of ex-accountants ? Ex-engineers ? Corporate lawyers down on their luck ? Ex-posters to this list ? This is known as "guilt by association". If I'm in charge of their security force that's the first place I'd look, and I think it would be the first place you would look too.
