: With so many people dropping dead from heart attacks, cancer, and strokes (or maybe inhaling too much methane from farting cows) way before they turn 70, we don't have to worry about Mother Earth becoming overcrowded.
: But seriously, as I've said before, parents need to take the responsibility, and teach their children good eating habbits, and moderation when it comes to "junk food" and fast food. Yes, the ad man is gonna be doing his thing. Parents of small children need to do their thing also.

Had to chuckle at that, MWB. Let me just say that I am very protective of two major groups in this world: children and animals. Did you know, by the way, that the first humane society founded in England was the Royal Society for the Protection of Children and Animals (later reduced to the RSPCA)? Anyhow, your point on adult responsibility is well taken, though I would include McD's and the Tobacco Folk in that group of people who ought to be responsible not only to themselves, but to others as well.
