: I've heard in the US that if you don't get your order within 3 minutes you can claim a refund? Also that you're entitled to free refills of any drink.: Are these true? And do they apply in the UK too?

That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. That has never happened in our company, I don't know about others. Our management team does whatever we can to please the customer. If we mess up thier order we will gladly replace it for free. We still get the rude customers anyway no matter how nice we are, but still we are nice to them. That 3 min. rule would never apply at any of our stores.
