Hi I work in a Leeds branch and I know that that the customers we have are very rude and that they have no consideration for the job that the staff have to do. I know that at our branch which is in the city centre that the company has had to open two other stores and that they are planning to open another in the city centre just to take the pressure off of the staff at ours which is the biggest store, So all the customers that we have are rude because they have to wait and then have to waite for food to be cooked and prepared for them and they are rude because they have to wait so long. None.
