Laxative in Big Mac's?

I have not eaten a Big Mac in years (or any beef for that matter)
but I do remember that everytime I did, I used to get wicked gut raunch
and have to move my bowels within an hour or two of eating a Big Mac.
Most people I have ever mentioned it to say the exact same thing.
Is there any data on this phenomena? Anyone else experience this?
