Well, I probably work at one of the quieter stores, and we get close done in an hour, and if we occasionally take an extra 15 minutes to finish, we can clock off and we get paid for it. I don't know the ins and outs of everyone else's closes, and they are all different. We have a manager and 4 crew doing close. 1 doing wash up, 1 doing back close (the grills etc), and 2 doing the front (combo machine, fry station, drink stations, dining room, floor). Perhaps other stores are understaffed for close, or because we are small it is easier. Some stores have two shake/sundae machines, I guess that would make it take longer.
