McSpotlight, whomsoever that preachy and self-righteous individual/group may be, has gone awfully quiet. Like most extremists, it obviously finds it difficult to understand that most people and organisations are neither entirely good nor totally bad, just somewhere in between.

McSpotlight: Awfully quiet? Nah. It's just that psychobabble is not exactly debatable; if the poster feels that way, they're welcome to. The court evidence that McD's does damage the environment and the labour market is not something they'll particularly want to hear.
We're not denying that some "good" people work for McD's; but if the end result is global destruction and inequality, it doesn't matter whether their characters are good; their actions are harmful.
Personally, I'm not an extremist; nor are any of the other McSpotlight volunteers. We've never called McDonald's evil; merely deceptive, irresponsible and exploitative; destructive to the world in general and opposed to freedom of speech.
