McDonald's IS Scott's life?

Scott, what you are serving is tasteless, standardized slop.
And, as a matter of fact, here in Austin, Texas, we have plenty of prosperous restaurants that serve healthy food. (I particularly like the family-owned Polvo's on South 1st St.) In smaller towns, though, when McDonald's comes in, they can lowball the local restaurants on prices and drive them out of business, leaving only a McDonald's monopoly of the aforementioned slop.
