Believe it or not, Made for you actually speeds things up, rather than slow things down. I felt the same way about MFY when it came to my store. But we have cut D.T. times and we are able to deliver hot fresh produst. The reason McDonalds is switching to this system is because in the past, the food that was supposed to stay in the bin generally didn't get wasted after the 10 minute holding time. People complained that the sandwhiches sat there and when presented to them, tasted horrible. I felt the same way before we changed over. Now I can go iand get a cheeseburger with the pickles slightly chilled and the cheese just beginning to melt. And to answer your last question, Made for you SHOULD be implemented in all U.S stores by the end of the year 2000. That's corporate's gaol at least. E-mail me with any further questions. ~Josh
