Hello everyone. While I am not a McDonald's employee, I am an accounting student in a Management class and we are studying the corporate culture of large corporations. I choose to do my research project on McDonald's, but as an outsider, I am having difficulty grasping the real corporate culture. What I mean by the culture is how management interacts with employees, how employees feel about the company, how easily or difficult promotions come and the overall vibe/undercurrent of the company.
As you may have noticed in your own experiences, what the companies portrays as their corporate image may not be what the employees feel. I'd like to hear from you with both good and bad comments...Thanks for all of your help on the class assignment.
