Gained much weight while pregnant because of McD's

When I was first pregnant I weighed 110, then when I was pregnant, everyone told me I could eat WHATEVER i wanted and the weight would just peel off, I ate at McD's everyday andafter the pregnancy had gained 89 pounds with a 9 pound 7 oz baby, any advice for my next pregnancy?_______________________ McSpotlight replies: Get a book about healthy nutrition during pregancy and give your next child
