I am not familiar with your safety practices, but it sounds to me that a manager of three years should have a much better attitude and awareness to not only the importance of workplace safety, but also where the responsibilities fall. As a manager of 8 years, I must say that it is managers with zero awareness or concern for the safety of their crew and customers that continue to give the company undue concern. Why don't you find a job that perhaps you are better suited for, might I suggest a "crash test dummy", I understand that the safety awareness is second to none! lol.
