Sauces

I recently visited a McDonalds and was denied more than 2 dipping sauces for the 99cent McNugget sale they had going at the time. I asked to see the company policy about the sauces and was denied again. So, I recieved the Store Number, the Managers name, and I went straight to corporate. I was sent multiple emails from various heads of office including the Denver Regional Offices stating that the Store Manager and Regional Manager had been contacted and that the policy had been changed. What this proves is you people waste your time writing here when you should be going straight for the top. Things get done this way. When I went back a week or so later, the same employees were working and I recieved as much sauce as I wanted at no extra cost. Just some advice.
