Get over it!

I won't get into the debate on whether to charge or not to charge, but I don't consider a 15-cent charge per packet of BBQ sause w/o Nugget Meal as sufficient cause to "get into it" with the staff and hold up the other motorists at DT. And throwing food at the window? Uh! Uh! Uncalled for! Totally! If a cop saw you do that you'd be fined for littering, at the very least, and rightly so.

As for franchise costs, perhaps it might be economical to buy all sauces in bulk and pour them in labeled pump dispensers. Then the dining customers can pick their sauce of choice, and there can be pump dispensers at DT also, with some packages of cheap paper or plastic containers to dispense sauce in. Maybe that way there won't be much of a quantity issue, especially if the containers are different sizes.
