If you are able to give away free sauces, that, as defined by company policy, is theft. So I wasn't making a "blanket statement" I am assuming that you are a crew member, and in which case, you are stealing from the company. Crew doesn't make up their own proceedures, which is clearly what it sounds like you're doing. Josh
