McDonalds does not advertise itself as the sole provider of food for a person.

If you take a look at the majority of people who work at McDonalds (who nearly all eat there regularly) you will see that they are not obese, nay, most are on the thin side. This is perhaps due to the fact that we hire outgoing active people who are not sedentary. But by your logic you would expect everyone working at McDonalds to be overweight but the reverse is true... I agree that the food is not the utmost in nutrition but McDonalds does not advertise itself as the sole provider of food for a person. McDonalds is supposed to supplement your diet occasionaly when you are short on time or want to give the kids a treat. Next time you are at a McDonalds take a look at the people who work there and observe the percentage that are overweight....
