If you're going to stay there, I suggest that you play their game until you've been promoted to a position in which you can make a difference. Why sacrafice your hard work just for the satisfaction of telling them how it is? If they fire you because of it, that's what you will have done. Why do something when you know that it's the reason why you're being treated poorly? Good luck.
