CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?

Any company the size of Mac Donalds that can't handle posting an email address or phone number for our complaints just shows that they are afraid to listen to criticism. My problem is that my order is more often than not...wrong.It is pretty sad that you have to check the bag 3 times before you leave the store to make sure that everything is in there you ordered. Items are missing or not what was ordered. Food is cold and GREY! What is that anyway? I grew up on Macdonalds but I think that the time has come to boycott MCD's for their continual shitty service! Who else agrees?
