: What kind of image does that send the kids?  The cocaine in Coca-Cola years ago was a trace amount, and only because the technology of the day couldn't remove it.  In 1902, the cocaine was measured at 1/400 of a grain to one ounce of syrup concentrate; not enough to get a cockroach even a slight buzz.  Coca-Cola contains 0.055 percent phosphoric acid, which is less than half the acidic content of orange juice.  Either will do a fine job of dissolving teeth and iron nails, as would Dr. Pepper.
I assume the "sending messages to the kids" part was a joke, but the emotional response is lost on me.  Your kids are your problem; not mine.  I'd have more of a response if families and kids were not just the latest demographic marketing group sought out by advertisers.
