What is the underlying solution to sweatshops?

I would like to know what possible solutions can we use in order to eliminate child labor and harmful treatment of workers? Hence the controversial debate among politicians, business and economic leaders, there is a problem that can be solved. Why can't America strictly enforce a resolution that can toss all of the needless pain and agony of harming a child and/or worker. Why not alter the system by creating a better work system through mandatory health conscious environments for employees, reinforcing the label law of who does and does not promote sweatshops, and finding other ways of making the most amount of profit without harming children and workers? These are some common questions and comments that i would like to tremendously discuss with those who are listening. I would really appreciate a productive and useful response.
