MCdicks is a shithole. When I worked there two years ago, everyone there did not have above a 3rd grade IQ. I was kept out late, forced to work for shitty pay, had to empty the grease into barrels when it was 25 degrees and had to show my managers how to add. What a great place to work huh. People who think McDicks is the future have no life nor hope of becoming anything.
