BK always tests the meat before they buy it and when BK found e-coli in the meat in that factory or whatever you want to call it, they said they didn't want it. I believe it was BK who notified the USDA about that company with the bad meat. When this happened, BK dropped that company and now gets thier beef from a new source. BK would never serve bad meat, that is why they hire people to inspect it before they buy it. I'm sure McDonalds does the same thing.
