Could somebody tell me who's going to look after all these cows

Could somebody tell me who's going to look after all these cows when we stop eating them? And they've over run half the country shitting every where. (I eat beef once every three years.)

A natural population is relatively stable, whereas cow numbers are not. Today's cow breeders are producing cows in ever-greater numbers because they have to increase their output to keep abreast in the market.
