It's tough to be in the minority, especially when you're young. Congratulations on having the wisdom and courage to think differently and stand up for your beliefs. Trust me, you'll be a stronger and better person for it, so ignore the crap you get from your schoolmates.
After all, they eat at McDeaths, so how smart can they be? :)
