How could you say such a thing?

How could you say such a thing? When we all know that most people love
to indulge in a good Mcdonalds hearty meal; A burger made of lips and arseholes slopped inbetween 2 sweet peices of bun(unknown substance). We have to vere away from this over consumerised world.
