Two Deadbeats ! LOOSERS!!!

I am posting this on behalf of my girlfriend who has no internet access and barely knows what resource it can be! She has two kids from two fathers (both she was married to) and neither pays a penny! The latter wanted her to have another kid because "he never had one" (I guess like a toy or a car?) - only to tell her a year later he was tired of that kid and her and to go home!
#1 has not paid one single dollar in 15 YEARS! #2 has not paid a single dollar in 4 1/2 YEARS! She has to stay home because the kids need her and she can't move away from an erea she calls home because her parents are her only baby sitters that live there. Also they don't want her to move. She has spent her last money on attorney fees, first for #1 then for #2 - now she is broke, jobless and angry with the world. AND I can understand that anger. I am posting this to make sure that everyone who reads this knows these deadbeat loosers NAMES! One dug under never to be heard of again, the other is living a normal life in Littleton Colorado, and lawyers and judges do NOTHING! #1 is Eddie (Edward?)Jones, from Little Rock, Ar. - gone w/o trace for years.
#2 is Tony Kidd, Littleton, Co. working there at the Post Office, but NOT trackable for the law!
Shame on all of the people to walk away from kids that ask where their fathers are and why they don't hear from them on their birthdays and christmas? We have made up (or tried) for those loosers, but why are they running free? New laws are in effect, they are fellons now. Where can we report them so they get hunted down?
