I just want to say something about McDonalds

Ok, first of all, I´m just a 22 year old guy from the north mexican border. I often have contact with the gringo "culture", not american culture becuase America is a CONTINENT, formed by more than 30 countries, and my country is in there, Mexico. And "culture" because I really dont think there is one in the US.
So, as I was saying, the... things that McDonalds sells (things because surely its not food) really are full of a mistery, there is something that makes a great bunch of people go there and eat that crap, tand I really find that interesting, how can that be possible? The gringos or "United Statians" have made McDonalds their national meal! Christ!! But you know what? I dont give a shit beacuse I dont live there, I dont have that shit on every corner and I will never go and live in the US...
But well, my point is that I MUST admit, that there is something that McDonalds did for me a couple of weeks ago. Maybe, until december 1999 that restaurant represented the best way to have the worst eating habits, and the most expensive non-tasty "food" in history. But then I went to Europe to spend new years eve there and stay for 3 weeks, and even tough it was my second time there I WONT DENY IT SAVED ME FROM TOTAL STARVING!!
The food at any european restaurant is so fu.... expensive it was killing my savings! so I found that as a way of survival McDonalds makes its existence worth it. It is a real pity that even west european contries are allowing that crap to invade them, but you know what?? thats not my problem and there for I dont care at all. It is for sure that there is no place like my country, where you find good, tasty, and healthy food in every corner, and ANYONE can pay it. We have some US franchises but who´s perfect?? Every single country has a part of its population that is stupid, and some of those people sell shit so others can buy and eat that shit.
