We have searching for years -- William White (SS#301-40-7407) Birthdate 11/15/44. Has a doctoral degree in marketing. Last none place of employment Ashland College, Ashland, OH (early 1990's). Not found through Fed/State search/IRS??? Is in arrearage of near $22,000! We appreciate any leads. He was remarried 2-4 years ago.
