Even if ‘pig fat’ were being used as a thickener, 30% would seem a rather high proportion (the ice cream would taste like ham), and would make it quite expensive to make too.
Besides which, McDonald’s food is certified ‘Halal’ in certain countries (like Malaysia and Singapore) to cater to those countries’ large Muslim communities, so are you saying the soft serve ice cream in those countries is made to a different recipe?
Or is yours just another inaccurate, juvenile post perhaps...?
