Deadbeat Dad

My Wife's ex-husband has failed to pay child support since they have been divorced (3yrs now). We have tried using the Department of Revenue to pursue him, and all we get is whatever purge is set by the courts. This man if you want to call him a man, owns two bar and grills and several vehicles. We even found out that he had been paying $3,000 rent on bar that took 9 months to open and he can't pay $300 for his daughter. Yet he picks her up evry other weekend. We have talked to several attny's and they all say the same thing....nothing we can do. All advise that they will simply be taking our money, that (Deadbeat Dads) pretty much get their way.
