James you miss the point woman and children are the last to get help. They have the least power in politics. Even in court the judges do not think it is important to figure income accurate by the guidelines. Guess what? Some judges cannot even do simple math. And James you thought that noncustodial parent just did not pay what the court orders. Sometimes the court and the system are not working in the best interest of the children, because they are allowing perjury of income to be legalize thus given us another area for deadbeats to flourish.
