I think there are tons of people out there like the fellow who couldn't get a job at mcDonald's. I think we should put ourselves in their places and see how much self-esteem we could find in ourselves to go and look for less than pleasurable jobs.
I think if you wanted to get a respectable job you should start at getting your GED. You should call your local job service agencey and see what sort of jobs are abailable to you.
I hope you find it in yourself to go and get your GED and start a new fullfilling life.
Don't give up hope, and always remember that there are tons of people in the same situation as you.
ps. My sister is a horrid speller, she can't even spell elementary words. She is now graduating this december with a major in civil engineering. Keep in mind, she was told by many people (including her teachers) that she was going to go no where in life.
