The fruit referred to was of the tree of knowledge.
He (GOD) never mentioned what type of fruit. If you were to look at your brainsteam does it not resemble a tree.
For convenience sake someone called it an "apple" but in the scriptures he never named the tree or fruit.
But when he speaks about the fruit never falling far from the tree, he is talking in relation to a father and child. Therefore he is equating the tree and the fruit with flesh !!
Contradict me if you can. When he speaks of the one rotten apple in the barrel spoiling he wants us also to see that it only takes one bad human or idea to spoil everything else in human terms.
Going back to canibalism, those who practised canibalism allways rellished the pituatary gland which contains DNA information.
The asians come close to practising canibalism, because when they eat monkey's brains, they eat it while it's still living to garanty unspoiled DNA information.
In the old times if you had a particular ailment, this would tell you what bodypart to eat.
Brains beget brains, heart gives you heart. That's why the bravoust warrior was for the King only, because he hoped to inherret the most quality of this warrior, "Prove me wrong"
