speaking up

I'm a proud supporter of McDelving into the truth, and wear my 'McDeath' t-shirt with even greater pride. Although I've only been a vegetarian for 16months, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. In fact it's probably one of the only decisions I've ever really made. (indecisiveness is a curse). It bothers me how naive some people are about what is done to animals, and it bothers me even more than people who eat meat can at the same time say "I love animals." I often ask them, quite bitterly, whether they consider cows, pigs, chickens or - anything else that MOVES and can be eaten - to be animals. I'm often met with a blank stare. Anyway, I'm interested in talking to any other vegetarians/open minded people. I'm under the impression my email adress will appear on this message.
I am 17, a uni student in QLD, I write (prose/poetry), read, like sounds, talking/arguing, am open minded, opinionated and verging on gay (bi- is this just me being indecisive agian?)

ps: thankyou for your very public display of relevent issues, McSpotlight. The docu on SBS was great (Mclibel) and I only wish more of the superficial unthinking maccas gitts had the time to learn the facts between putting on makeup and painting their nails!!
