I agree that it is in fact a policy for the Oak Brook "suits" to brainwash their young hires and that most of them know not the first thing about running a restaurant.
You underestimate the younger generation if you don't see where they rate a job with McDonald's or why they work there for limited periods of time. They know. They work till they get the money for what they want. After that, if they stay with the Mcprogram they either are working for an independent franchisee who treats them right or they are as you say truly "brainwashed."
But, here I am, accosted elsewhere in this "Debating room" for not being a dreamer and telling you to dream that we can save some of the brainwashed.
