It seems it's "criminal" to "offend" a drug. I'd say
the cops and judges are quite busy finding such horrendous
"criminals" that they'd have little time for protection. : The state, my misinformed friend, will ALWAYS be required to do business's dirty work. At tax-payers expense, it's the cheapest bargain in town. Bald assertion. I could just as easily say that socialism
will ALWAYS result in mass starvation and death. I think we both know that neither of us has a finely
polished crystal ball, do we? "According to Clinton's Office of Management and Budget (OMB),
if the growth of the federal deficit isn't stopped, children born
after 1992 will pay between 84% and 94% of their income for

Perot, etc. , and is attributed to page 24 or 25 of the Clinton

Inter-generational Warfare"] The term deficit isn't the correct one. How much do you suppose could be collected for local
"protection" after the national bite?
