: How about telling the MILLIONS OF WOMEN whose UNPAID work raising children for thousands upon thousands of years that their efforts lack 'concrete evidence of use-value.' : Really! Where is the method for measurement then? Where is the direct evidence. How many $, how many camels? how many bridges built because of it? Sure it must be having a very great actual impact on all things, and certainly is of enormous 'value' to those great many people across the ages - but it remains essentially unmeasurable in economic terms (other than aggregate guestimates) however frustrating that may be.
