'Mine, and Engels' model'---I like that!

What if 'the workers' are confronted by 'the peasants'?

According to Engels:


[I]t will not be difficult to convince them [the peasants] that salvation, for them, can be expected only from the working class...(1)


What if the peasant instead decides to use his or her small patch of land to starve the proletariat, thinking this is how to successfully emulate the bourgeoisie and make a lovely bundle of cash?

Engels never had to confront that problem.

Nor you.

Lenin did.

N.E.P. was a humanitarin approach.

Like most of the knuckleheads on this board, you freely criticize Lenin for Stalin's policies.

It's lazy thinking.
