the US is open to whoever wants to run.

Don: You are correct in that Clinton was not voted in by a majority of American voters, and this has been the case for our past presidents. However, the US is open to whoever wants to run. If Americans wanted Greens, they would vote Greens into office. Greens and socialists fail because no one is interested in their message.

Don: I do agree, however, that the main stream media has too great of influence on elections. This is a problem that "solutions" like campaign finance reform will only make worse.

: A new spin on an old rhetorical- What if they held an election and nobody came?
