And Kweassa made a good point too -- that so long as there is capitalism, Marxism will exist (at least as an academic criticism). However, I continue to maintain -- in my stubborn, perhaps misguided way -- that Communism is now synonymous with evil, thanks both to the anti-Red propaganda of the wealthy, and the monstrous regimes of the former USSR and current China. When most people think "Communism," then picture Uncle Joe and the Gulag Archipelago. That's a tough, no, make that nearly impossible, image to erase. Perhaps Madison Avenue could embark on such a successful ad campaign, but we all know which master they serve...
